Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Cloves of Garlic (More if you like garlic)
1 Pound Raw Peeled Shrimp
1 Cup White Tequilla
Your Favorite Pasta
1/2 Cup Cilantro
Preparation:
Melt butter in large frying pan and start large pan of water for pasta (add a dash of salt and olive oil to water). Add garlic and olive oil. DO NOT BROWN GARLIC. Add shrimp to pan. Ensure you are on low heat. When shrimp is cooked all the way, add tequilla (add flame directly to sauce to burn out excess alcohol). Continue to cook on low heat. When pasta is cooked all the way, drain and add to pan. Stir completely and remove from heat. Place in serving dish and add cilantro. Stir in cilantro and serve.
*I like to add fresh bay scallops too. No additional cooking time is required.
